LOOSE ENDS

I first did this wedding speech in my Edinburgh 2000 show. If not the most original concept, I always thought it was pretty strong - in the right room. It went down okay on Loose Ends - but that BBC Radio Theatre is a beast of a place to perform comedy, particularly when empty, as was always the case when Loose Ends was recorded. (In that huge room they always seemed to get the most fantastic bills, yet the most tiny audience, often containing the oddest types ).
